RELATIVO AL PAISAJE
El poder representativo del paisaje y su condición emblemática dentro del espacio pictórico condicionan mi trabajo creativo de estos últimos años.
Objetivamente mis pinturas se desarrollan en la paradójica definición del paisaje como la representación abstracta de la naturaleza.
Tal definición nace de mi necesidad de crear y plasmar en cada obra mi anhelo de presentar un paisaje benévolo a la vez que sublime y dramático, consecuencia de mis años de observación y práctica pictórica; creando una estructura expresiva recurriendo a la perspectiva frontal, al brochazo ciego, a las formas abiertas y cerradas, la composición dinámica y transitando desde la fuerza del color hasta la serenidad de los grises; en fin, la obsesión por la luz que distorsiona hasta los últimos fragmentos y conmociona nuestra naturaleza.

RELATIVE TO LANDSCAPE
The representational power of landscape and its emblematic condition within the pictorial space has determined my creative work for the past few years.
Objectively, my paintings unwind within a paradoxical definition of landscape as an abstract depiction of nature. The desire of presenting a landscape which would be benevolent, as well as dramatic and sublime, gave shape to such a definition.
As a consequence of my years of observation and painting practice, I have created an expressive structure where I recurred to frontal perspective, a blind brushstroke, open and closed forms, dynamic composition and oscillating from the strength of color towards the serenity of grays…in the end, obsession for the light that alters up to the last fragment, and agitates our very nature.
